Daly City Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Daly City, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service.
All services are subject to a site visit and written estimate prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our scope, equipment capacity, or safety standards.
We provide free on-site estimates before any work begins. All estimates are based on conditions observed during the site visit. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
If conditions change between the estimate and the work date - such as additional hazards discovered during the job, changes to site access, or the discovery of underground utilities - we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any work that affects the price. We will not perform additional work beyond the agreed scope without your prior approval.
Service appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a scheduling fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. You are responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred to collect unpaid amounts.
Certain tree work in Daly City and surrounding municipalities may require a permit. We will advise you if a permit appears to be required based on our knowledge of local ordinances. However, you are ultimately responsible for confirming permit requirements with the applicable city or county authority before work begins. We are not liable for fines or penalties resulting from unpermitted work performed at the customer's direction.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, clearing vehicles or obstructions from the work zone, and notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards in the area. We are not responsible for damage to hidden utilities or systems that were not disclosed prior to work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daly City Tree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us for those services.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, acts of nature, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our services are provided in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that trees or other vegetation will survive after trimming, pruning, or other work, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control including soil conditions, disease, drought, and pest activity.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of California.
